Run Away From Bees

republished

Something cold and warm

Will do us a lot of harm

I wish we could see what it is

But let’s not run away from bees.

Flowers smile to us now

Can you see the meadow, cow?

Never mind you what are these

But let’s not run away from bees.

The sun rises over the summer breeze

And we gallop with happiness and ease

Over the meadow and creek on our knees

Let’s not run away from those bees.

High on the oak tree

I could climb and see

You and me, eventually

Would run away from bees.

Ring

Clouds drift through the sky

Blue as sapphires

My sister’s eyes

In the tree my father’s pruning

The sun shining from behind him

The camera lens smiles

What a pictoresque day!

Sky is the highway of clouds

White as the snow

That still hides in the creases of earth

Here at home

A family happily outside

Waking the yard for spring

New plans await us

May the birds and their songs

The voices of children

Humming of winds

Whispering of blossoming leaves ring

SPRING

My Darling

First published in April 24th, 2014.

In the end you will come
On my grave your sorrows hum
I will hear your silent prayers
From under all these earthly layers

Do not kill your hope, my darling
The world can be extremely charming
I will show you all its wonders
It’s not only mighty thunders

Look at all these children playing
In the slums, not a tear they showing
The sun is shining in this place
Their beings filled with sun’s grace

Look at all these people dying
Around them all these people crying
Yet serenity lies in their eyes
As they say their goodbyes

Look at all these beggars begging
Little to nothing they getting
Do you see the kindness there
Tired they are, can you see a tear?

Look around this place, my darling
Isn’t it alone quite charming
Much death and sorrow seen
And how has it always been

Can’t you see the trees
The flowers, the shining leaves?
All bad can turn to good
I hope now this understood
For even all the darkness in a graveyard
Is a beginning, though it is hard

In the end you will go
And to you the world will show
All my love will follow you
May it always in your heart lay true

And after many years go by
You will lie here by my side
There’ll be others to mourn our passing
They will learn love’s all encompassing

Live in peace now all your days
In the world you must stay
All my love with you, my darling
Share it all, you my charming

The Green Vale

A lake was in the valley

greener than any other.

O how beautiful was the water

With a waterfall

On the north side

And a little stream

Running along to sea

With blue depths

And Golden fish

All the wondrous plants

And a house made by ants

Living

A girl with worn-out pants.

No human had ever been there

Not before me

The trees could tell and see.

I asked them

The wise old trees

How come had nobody found this place

Before the little sprite

Who loves nature with all her heart.

It is her destiny

They told me

To protect with weapons

These green hills

That had never seen grinding mills.

It was a secret land

In the palm of my hand

Undiscovered wonders

Unfound treasures

Unsearched mountains

No-one’s seas.

What was this place

Of useable boundaries?

And all of it

Everything

New every morning

Every month

Every day

Every year

With no end

Till Eternity.

In this vale of green

In paradise

Next to the stream

Close to the plants

Was a house built by ants

And in the house was a girl

A girl and her worn-out pants.

The girl was a sister, a mother,

To the little animals

That lived in the trees

The trees that could talk and see.

It was her own little kingdom

And the vale of green

Had never been found

Except by one being

A sprite

An elf

Mind you that

She is the girl

Daughter to an elven king.

And she with fairy ears

Was stronger than humans

She was as ancient as the earth

She remembered the dragons

And destruction of her people.

She had fled long ago

She was the last of her kind

And in the vale of green

By the lake and the vale-cutting stream

I witnessed her die and lay in peace once more.

The Life Story of Two

A truth whispered inside you

Silence could never break us

Sound could never hear us

Peace would never make us

War would never reach us

We are two being unconnected

No one without the other

No two with the world

No one with you shared

No two if not alone

We come from two walks of life

Opposites who attract

Kindred spirits deep

Opposites dictated by the world

Kindred spirits to each other

We are not Romeo and Juliet

Never will we be a love story

But we will always be a life story

With only us in the middle
